Shandeigh did it!

We cut off all of Shandeigh's hair. She was really excited to do it. We are donating her hair to the locks of love. She is such a sweet girl and loves to do kind things for people. So here is the pictures. I almost forgot to take pictures of the before. So while i have it half way cut off, I snapped a photo. I really think her short hair turned out really cute. I was actually kind of sad to see all that long hair go, but it will grow back.

The honeymoon getaway!! (finally)

When Eric and I got married we went to boise for like a day. It was nothing spectacular. So last week Eric and I got to go to Florida for a whole week by ourselves! Eric had a business trip there and I got to tag along. We left on Saturday and came back the following Saturday. He actually only had classes Monday through Thursday and usually got done by 2:00.

The first day we went to Magic Kingdom. We saw the whole park and could not believe how fast we saw everything without having kids with us..lol. Eric got to ride splash mountain for the first time because when we went last it was closed. It was a riot. I have not been on that ride in forever. Yeah we got soaked, but it was a blast.

The next day we went to Animal Kingdom and we went down to the pooh adventure. When we got there all the animals were leaving and we were the only ones waiting to see them. The lady told us that tigger would be right back. Well needless to say they all came and even the park lady was surprised. So here is us with all the characters minus rabbit.

The third day we went to the Florida mall and got to see the M&M store. If you all have not been its pretty cool to see all the different things that they have there. After the mall we went to a Restraunt called Fish bones. I ate gator, squid, and tuna tips. I also ordered the 1 1/4 lbs of king crab. It was all so good and ate so much I thought I was going to puke...lol. Eric hates seafood so I was super excited to go there. The only reason we got to go was because two guys that works with him suggested it. Thank goodness for steak or Eric would have not even let me go there.

The fourth day we went to Epcot. When we went last time we hardly got to see any of the Nations, so we went there and finally got to see them all. We got to see some really awesome shows also. Its so interesting to me that all the different talents the different nations do. We ate at Morroco (sp). If you ever go there I highly recommend there gyro's. I thought they were yummy.

The fifth day we went shopping to the outlets and went to a fire house subs for dinner. I love that place and miss it. We had one when we were in Alabama and they are so good. We also went swimming for a while.

The sixth day we went to Hollywood Studios. I think this was the funnest, just because we did not get to go there last time we went to MGM. So it was all new. We went on the rockin roller coaster ride and the tower of terror. Two of my favorite rides. They were really scary watching them for the first time. Once I got on them they were awesome. We also at a buffet there. It was nasty and not worth the money if anyone decides to ever eat there. Here is a picture of us being goofy.So this was are six year finally honeymoon getaway!!..lol

Field Trip

Yesterday I got to go with Shandeigh on her field trip. As much as I think I dont like going, I always seem to have fun. We went to the discovery center here in boise. I brought my camera and then forgot to grab it on the counter in Shandeigh's classroom, so I could not take an pictures. =( Anyhow I had a group with four girls, that was including Shandeigh. We learned about the pully system and how its a simple machine that makes life easier. We also learned about the balance and how the weight system works on it. Shandeigh is so interested in anything that is hands on. They had so many things that did so many cool things. We were there for three hours and Shandeigh never got bored once. She could probably have stayed there all day and have never got bored. Her little mind was just going crazy with all the things to do. Sometimes I think in her mind she is thinking how she could make some discovery. She is so smart and brilliant. After the discovery center, we went back and ate are sack lunches at the school. She was estatic to have a crunch candy bar in her lunch. It was a real treat for her, seems how she does not get to do that much. It was really fun to go with her and I am glad that we got to have some Mommy, daughter time with just the two of us.

Spring Break

This week has been spring break for the kids and they have been having lots and lots of fun. Talia and her kids got to come and see us for a few days. She had to go back on wednesday to be back to work. With alot of begging her kids got to stay with us for the rest of spring break. My Mom and Dad are coming this weekend to help us finish up putting in the sprinkler system in are back yard. So the kids will be riding back with Grandma and Grandpa!
We got to go see Eric fly away in the Apache and the kids thought it was AWESOME!!! Ok so did Talia and I! I have a video of him driving away, not taking off, because I did not know they go to the end of the run way and with the sun we could not see to tape him taking off. So the post is just him driving on the runway. Someday I will get one of him taking off. (ok so I cannot get it to load, so I am going to try uploading in a new post)

Finally..Quinn's Birthday

So we finally got to celebrate Quinn's birthday after him being sick for almost two weeks. Poor kid! It was all worth it in the end




We were singing to him in this picture and he thought it was funny.

I was sitting by him watching him eat his cake and he decided he wanted to share his cake. We were in cake heaven together..lol

Tape boys

Ok so my boys are to funny. They found the tape and put tape on there mouth. I remember as a kid doing this all the time. Too cute! How do you like Paden's boots with his pajamas? Do not ask me why he has those on. Oh yeah and it looks like Paden had to go to the bathroom also....sorry about that on the picture! lol!
